Wonderful, worry free experience

We traveled to Tokyo with our 4- and 12-year-old children and, after several days of kid-focused activities, wanted to enjoy some adult time. We booked Mana for approximately four hours of babysitting, and she was wonderful.

Mana is very personable and immediately made us feel comfortable and confident leaving our children in her care. She thoughtfully brought toys to keep the kids engaged, which was especially appreciated since they were spending the evening in a small hotel room. Our children genuinely enjoyed her company.

She was punctual, friendly, and highly reliable. Because of her, we were able to relax and enjoy a worry-free evening out. We would gladly recommend Mana to other families looking for a trustworthy and attentive babysitter.

At first, we were a bit nervous about leaving our children with someone we didn’t know in Japan, but communication was smooth and she even helped support our sightseeing in Japan. Mana went above and beyond to provide care for our little one during a recent vacation in Japan. She was very thoughtful, caring and generous with her time. Our daughter was happy in her care and we were able to enjoy a night out with plenty of updates from Mana on how our little one was doing. We will absolutely book again for our future travels!
