Mana is punctual, professional and great to deal with, she helped my kids at kidzania, she was polite, patient and my kids took a instant liking to her, she made our experience fantastic and care free, she went above and beyond for us and our kids, thanks Mana!

We were recommended by a few friends who had traveled to Tokyo earlier this year, and am so glad they did. From the first communications over WhatsApp, to meeting in person, and then getting updates throughout their time together; everything was extremely smooth. Mana is a natural with children and all three of my girls (ages 5, 8, 11) enjoyed all their time together and wanted to spend every day with Mana. She had great ideas about activities for the kids and was very trustworthy, so our children spent two days with her. I highly recommend and will be sure to book again when we travel back to Tokyo.
Found this KidZania attending service when looking for options, and since it was the only one available, I decided to book it. It was the best choice! The kids got to do all their favorite activities smoothly and were absolutely thrilled! Mana’s personality and friendliness were just amazing. 5 stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
